By scheduling and paying, this will allow you to take the Butlers Chocolate Experience tour. You can optionally sign up to receive our newsletter. We also further process your name and email address by providing these to TripAdvisor so that they can offer you the opportunity to evaluate your time on the Chocolate Experience tour.

Legal basis for the processing: The legal basis for processing your personal data is the contract between us established when you purchase tickets for the Chocolate Experience tour after agreeing to the terms and conditions. We will only collect and process the personal data necessary for this transaction. You are under no obligation to provide this personal data to us but if you choose not to provide us with the requested personal data, we will not be able to schedule you for the tour. The legal basis for offering you the opportunity to evaluate your time on the tour is for our legitimate interest is receiving feedback on how visitors felt about their time on tour.

Recipients of your personal data: We will disclose your personal data to our digital ticketing processor to schedule and create the tickets for the tour. We will also disclose your personal data to our payments processor so you may pay for the tour. We disclose only your name and email address to TripAdvisor, so that they will contact you to provide a review of your experiences on the tour.

Transfers outside the EEA: Our digital ticketing and payments processors are located within the European Economic Area (EEA). Your personal data stays at all times stays within the EEA. All our partners must operate only on instructions from us and must provide at a minimum the same levels of security that we provide at all times.

Retention period: Your personal data will be stored with us for a period of one year after your tour except for your card details and will then be securely deleted. We never store your card details. Your personal data may remain with our partners up to 18 months after the tour and will then be securely deleted.
