Unfortunately not, you must book in advance to visit the Butlers Chocolate Experience. However, you can drop in to the onsite Butlers Chocolate Café any time during opening hours.

To offer the best possible experience to our visitors, each tour is set up to cater for an exact amount of visitor bookings, unfortunately, we can not cater for numbers greater than this.

When you book online or by phone, you will receive a confirmation of booking by email, which you should bring with you on the day of the tour.
Butlers, the factory tour lasts approximately 90 minutes per tour. This includes the entire experience from the museum, to the chocolate demonstration. This can vary slightly during seasonal events/depending on group size.
All online bookings for the Butlers Chocolate Experience are non-refundable.
Butlers Chocolate Experience is suitable for chocolate lovers of all ages and children under three go free.
There are nuts, milk, and soya products in our factory. We advise that anyone with allergies to these products not to eat our chocolates. Peanuts are strictly prohibited in the building. We confirm also that gluten is present on site.
