The Butlers Chocolate Experience is open Monday to Saturday for tours which run three times daily, subject to availability. Please note that production in the factory does not take place on a Saturday.

Unfortunately not, you must book in advance to visit the Butlers Chocolate Experience. However, you can drop in to the onsite Butlers Chocolate Café any time during opening hours.

The Ultimate Chocolate Experience takes approximately 1.5 hours and the cooking demos last for approximately 2.5 hours.

All online bookings for the Butlers Chocolate Experience are non-refundable.

I am allergic to milk/nuts; can I visit the Butlers Chocolate Experience?
There are nuts, milk, and soya products in our factory. We advise that anyone with allergies to these products not to eat our chocolates. Peanuts are strictly prohibited in the building. We confirm also that gluten is present on site.

Butlers Cookery Classes: Prices start from €40 per person.
Can I just visit the Butlers Chocolate Café onsite?
Certainly, Butlers Chocolate Café Clonshaugh is open Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
